BUMP….BABY….BLUE?

Join us for a beautiful brunch and gorgeous morning out for YOU at Centennial Homestead, brought to you by Kidspot.com.au and ModiBodi.

Of course, the baby blues, sore nipples and sleep deprivation are often par for the course when settling into motherhood – whether it be for the first or fifth time. But when does it become more than that?

Our three special guests – former Olympian Libby Trickett, psychologist and Gidget Foundation ambassador Chelsea Pottenger, and ‘Just Another Mummy Blog’ creator Steph Pase will share their own stories around PND, while also providing us with some useful tips and tools around self-care in early motherhood, nurturing your mental wellbeing and how to recognise when you need help.
